DON LEE
Founder, President & CEO
Don oversees operations and develops business and growth initiatives. He formed IPG as a commercial development firm then evolved it into a diversity and inclusion services provider in the healthcare industry. For more than thirty years, Don has developed projects in excess of $1.5B, most notably Times Square at Craig Ranch in McKinney, Texas. Don earned a B.S. in electrical engineering and an M.S. in electrical and electronics engineering from The University of Oklahoma. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
NASIA STALUTTI-JONES
Executive Vice President of Operations
Nasia oversees daily operations and develops business systems that support IPG’s outreach and engagement programs. Nasia earned a B.S. in criminal justice/law enforcement administration and an M.S. in business administration and management from Strayer University. She is also taking business and leadership courses at Harvard Business School. Nasia has a CAPMⓇ certification from Project Management Institute.
BARBARA GIBSON
Executive Project Analyst
Barbara provides executive support to the President/CEO and performs various administrative duties. She also manages communications for project teams, clients, trade partners, and external stakeholders. Barabara has more than fifteen years of administrative experience in the healthcare industry in patient administration and surgery coordination.
EMMA OLSON
Senior Project Manager
Emma develops and implements outreach and engagement programs for Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. She has more than ten years of combined experience in project management in diversity and inclusion consultancy and client services in the hospitality industry. Emma earned a B.S. in sports/entertainment/event management from Johnson & Wales University. She has a ServSafe certification from the National Restaurant Association and served as a volunteer student teaching assistant at Junior Achievement of Rhode Island.
JAMICHAEL LEONARD
Director of Data Analytics
JaMichael “Mike” Leonard designs and maintains database systems and performs analysis and reporting. Prior to joining IPG, Mike worked as a transportation analyst for a supply chain operator, creating performance metric systems and conducting complex analyses that drive operational benefits. Mike earned three B.S. degrees in marketing, logistics, materials, and supply chain management as well as statistics from the University of Tennessee. He is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
KYLE LEHMAN
Project Manager
Kyle develops and implements outreach and engagement programs for Minority Business Enterprises. For ten years he worked as a restaurant manager and executive chef for two national restaurant and foodservice companies and a major energy supplier, respectively. Kyle earned a B.A. in hospitality management, restaurant, and foodservice management from the University of Central Florida. He also earned an A.O.S. from The Culinary Institute of America. In addition, Kyle is the lead volunteer for IPG’s Cares Initiative community program.
